APPLICATIONS Challenge tooling blocks provide a practical method of holding work accurately in a vertical or horizontal plane for CNC and NC machining operations. They can be mounted directly on the machine table or used in conjunction with rotary tables. The four working surfaces permit mounting of four work pieces at one time. Quantity production jobs can be set up so that finished work pieces can be removed and new ones put in place while the machine is working on the next piece. TOLERANCES The four working surfaces are machined finished square to the base within .0005" in 6". OPTIONS Other sizes and forms available. Mounting and positioning holes, T-slots, locating bushings, and other mounting features.
