Parallel Straight Edges
APPLICATIONS
Parallel straight edges are used for setting up and leveling machine tools,
checking the flatness of surfaces, or for positioning work above and
parallel to a surface plate when checking or scribing parts. They are
strongly ribbed for strength, with cored holes for lightness and handling
ease. Wooden cover furnished. TOLERANCES - Precision ground: The top and bottom
surfaces are precision ground flat and parallel to within .0005" overall. TOLERANCES - Hand scraped: The top and bottom surfaces are hand
scraped flat and parallel to within .0002" overall. |
